As a mom of a teen, I feel sometimes feel pressure on Sunday evenings to make sure I have a meal plan, clean uniforms, and lunch items for the week. The article names 5 ways to prevent the Sunday panic, and we're covering them on episode #118 of the podcast Life Coach BFF Show.
