In this episode, we are adding one more item to your weekly plan, and it's the most important- bet you can't guess! Also, I've included an easy crockpot recipe for mealtime, and you're welcome! Memphis Crockpot Ribs


•2 racks of pork spare ribs cut into serving portions between ribs

Sauce
•2 cups ketchup
•1 cup brown sugar
•3/4 cup vinegar
•3/4 cup honey
•2/3 cup soy sauce
•2 tsp dry ginger
•1 tsp dried mustard
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp salt

Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of crockpot.
Add ribs.
Pour remaining sauce to cover ribs.
Cook on high for 5 hrs or low all day.
ENJOY!!!!
