Lauren Hill joins me for Day 9 of this fun series. She brings both knowledge and experience to the conversation, as Lauren is a midlife wife and mom to two boys and is well versed in the teen and preteen years. She confirms some of the ideas you may have considered but will be sure to implement after hearing her explanations on habits preparing for sleep and mealtime. Lauren is a licensed nutritionist and recently started an in-person and telehealth practice with an emphasis in counseling women.
