3 cups garbanzo beans drained & rinsed 3 times (I use canned)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 TB + 1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract (here’s how to make it homemade)
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
2–4 Tbsp milk, to thin as needed
In a blender or in a food processor, combine all the ingredients except milk.
Puree until the mixture is smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Add milk 1 Tbsp at a time to create the desired consistency.
Serve with pretzel sticks.
