SNICKERDOODLE DESSERT HUMMUS



  • 3 cups garbanzo beans drained & rinsed 3 times (I use canned)

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 TB + 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (here’s how to make it homemade)

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 2–4 Tbsp milk, to thin as needed

instructions

  1. In a blender or in a food processor, combine all the ingredients except milk.

  2. Puree until the mixture is smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Add milk 1 Tbsp at a time to create the desired consistency.

  3. Serve with pretzel sticks.
