Pork Burritos
Flour Tortillas
2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Water
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Drape Gallon Freezer Bag in large water pitcher (like a trash bag) and fill with all ingredients minus the tortillas. Seal and mix. Dump into crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or freeze bag for later use.
SERVE:
Take pork out pf crockpot at end of cooking time and place on cutting board. Shred meat and wrap in tortillas with brown rice, Mexican cheese blend, lettuce, black beans, and avocado. This pork can also be used for burrito bowls and placed on top of a bed of lettuce for a delicious salad. Enjoy!!!!
